Austyn made this excited little flaily movement and practically tackled the dog, hugging it in his arms and flopping onto the ground, but being careful not to hurt it.

"Oh... 'cause why not..." Grayson said and shook his head, going back to finding food..

Nat laughed and watched amused as the puppy yipped happily and licked Austyn's face happily. "Her name is Tammy."

Clary rolled her eyes. "Lovely. Where's Archer?"

Anna shrugged. "Dunno. Somewhere."

Austyn scrunched up his face as the dog licked him, laughing and flailing around.

Archer hopped through the door not much longer. "What'd I do this time?" he asked, having heard his name.

Anna grinned. "Nothing dear. You just messed the fact that heartless Clary adopted a kid."

Clary scowled and threw a pillow at her. "Shut up."

Tammy barked happily and wiggled his butt, pouncing on the boy lightly.

"Wait... really?" Archer said, looking totally shocked. "I don't even.... what!?"

Austyn made a squeaky noise and laughed at the dog, wrapping his arms around it.

Clary scowled. "Why is that so hard to believe? You know I want kids but I can't have any."

Anna laughed. "He's outside with Nat. He's so cute too."

Tammy let out a bark and nuzzled the boy, making cute puppy sounds.

Austyn laughed and rested his head against the dogs stomach. "I keep?" he asked hopefully and looked up at Nat with a pleading look.

"Because you're you and just..." Archer said and flailed his arms, not entirely sure how to phrase his confusion. "Does Ben care?"

Nat bit her lip. "Well..... Alright. Only if Clary says you can, okay?"

Clary had been glaring at him, but when he asked about Ben, her expression went emotionless. "Ben and I aren't together anymore so it doesn't really matter."

"Yay~" Austyn said happily, wobbily getting to his feet with the dog in it arms.

"Well shit. I just went in the 'no no' section." Archer muttered to himself.

Tammy struggled for a moment before just going limp and letting him carry her.

Nat laughed. "You wanna go ask her?"

Clary waved him off. "It's fine. I don't really care," she lied smoothly.

Anna studied her. She knew how to see through her lies but bit her tongue.

"I'm gonna go.... and do not here things..." Archer said and just awkwardly turned to walk away.

Austyn stumbled through the door with the puppy in his arms, plopping it into Clary's lap and looking up at her with a pleading look.

Clary blinked and looked down at him and the puppy, a smile twitching on her lips. "What do you want sweetie?"

Anna stopped Archer and pointed to Clary with Austyn, amused.

Nat followed, giving Clary a sheepish smile

Archer looked over and couldn't help but laugh softly.

"Keep?" Austyn asked and stuck out his bottom lip, hugging the fluffy little dog.

Anna grinned. "That is so cute," She murmured.

Clary laughed softly and pretended to think about it. "Alright. You can keep the puppy." She smiled down at him, before shooting the two a small glare.

Austyn wiggled happily and hugged the dog again, once again looking as if he might explode with happiness.

"Don't spoil him too much." Archer said teasingly, smirking at her.

Clary glared at him. "Shut up," She grumbled. "I may be sweet to him, but you, I'll gladly rip apart."

Anna laughed. "It's so cute! You've never been like this. Even to our kids."

Clary only grunted in reply, looking down at Austyn with a small smile.

Austyn had gone back to playing with his new puppy.

"Huh. Maybe there is a shred of motherlyness in that black hole you call a heart." Archer said with a smirk.

Clary glared at him. "I can and will hurt you Archer. I'm not afraid too."

Tammy wiggled her butt in the air and growled playful before tackling the boy, barking and licking his face.

"I've had worse." Archer said and rolled his eyes. "You fuck with me all the time, I'm allowed to do the same every once and a while."

Austyn made a squeeky noise and toppled over, sheilding his face with his arms.

"Language around my kid," Clary growled lightly, shooting him a look. "And no you're not allowed too."

Tammy licked his arms, barking happily before letting out a yawn

"No. I'm allowed to and I'm sure the kid will be fine." Archer said and rolled his eyes.

Austyn laughed happily and hugged the dog.

"Anna your husband is a pain," Clary stated.

Anna laughed. "I know but he's my pain."

Tammy yipped once before snuggling down and closing his eyes.

"And you love me just the same." Archer smirked, kissing Anna lightly.

Austyn smiled and started gently petting the dog's head.

Anna kissed him back lightly before pulling away. "Sadly," she teased.

Clary made a face and watched Austyn with the puppy. "You two are disgustingly cute."

"Who? Us or that kid of yours and the dog?" Archer asked and wrapped an arm around Anna's waist.
