Brink sat her down and shook his head furiously. "Don't even think like that, okay? I'm Brink." He said with a nod a light smile touching his lips. "We'll get out of here.." He murmered and nodded, hugging her for a brief moment and sighing lightly.

"I'm Echo," she whispered and calmed down just a bit against him as she gave him a small hug back. "We should probably find a good place to rest and then continue on in the morning. It would also give us time to see what these babies can do," she said, eyes suddenly glittering as she gently touched one of her fragile feathers.
